Welcome to Qualio
Qualio is a supplier quality management platform built around ISO 9001:2015 clause 8.4 (“Control of externally provided processes, products and services”).
It is designed for quality engineers and QE managers running a supplier programme in UK and EU engineering, manufacturing, and aerospace SMEs — typically the person who owns the supplier file, the audit folder, and the corrective-action log.
What you can do in Qualio
Section titled “What you can do in Qualio”Qualio is built around four jobs you do every week:
- Raise non-conformance records (NCRs). Capture a supplier issue in under two minutes. Auto-numbered as
NCR-YYYY-NNNNper organisation, with ISO clause, severity, containment action, and photo or PDF attachments. - Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Link a CAPA to its NCR, assign an owner (internal teammate or external email), set a due date, and follow the activity timeline through to verified effectiveness.
- Score suppliers against ISO 9001 clause 8.4. Use the built-in weighted scoring template (quality, delivery, compliance, communication, CAPA capability) or edit the weights to match your own programme.
- Generate audit-ready reports. One click produces a branded
.docx(and PDF) covering supplier scorecards, open NCRs, CAPAs, and clause references — the kind of artefact an auditor expects to see on the table.
Who Qualio is not for
Section titled “Who Qualio is not for”- General-purpose project trackers — Qualio is opinionated about ISO 9001 8.4. If you need a generic kanban, use a kanban.
- Internal nonconformities only — Qualio’s domain is the supplier side. Internal NCR is on the roadmap but not the core flow today.
