Sertiq has four tiers. Free starts immediately with no card. Paid tiers are monthly Stripe subscriptions in GBP — no annual lock-in, change or cancel any time.

Which plan suits you
Section titled “Which plan suits you”Free — a single QE evaluating Sertiq, or a tiny operation with under five suppliers. Manual workflow, no AI, no export. Enough to model your full ISO 8.4 process end-to-end.
Starter (£29) — a small QE team or solo QE Manager with a focused supplier base. You get .docx audit reports, calibration tracking, 50 AI credits for Pareto insights, and 3 user seats.
Pro (£69) — the day-to-day plan for engineering SMEs. AI Root Cause and Supplier Risk Profiles unlock here, alongside RMA, CSV export, the interactive supplier SCAR portal, and 10 workspace users.
Enterprise (£299) — regulated audits (AS9100, IATF 16949 adjacent), multi-site operations, formal 8D problem-solving, branded SCAR PDFs, and SAML / SCIM coming on roadmap. Unlimited everything.
What an AI credit buys

Re-opening a cached AI report is free — credits are only spent when you click Generate or Regenerate. See AI assist.
Credit top-ups
Section titled “Credit top-ups”Need more credits mid-cycle? Buy a one-off pack from /settings/billing:

Top-up credits never expire on paid plans and stack on top of your monthly allotment. Monthly included credits burn first.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”- Open
/settings/billing(admin only). - Click Change plan on the target tier.
- Stripe Checkout handles payment. Upgrade takes effect immediately.
Downgrades take effect at period end and require your data to fit the lower cap first — see Billing & AI credits.
What hits a quota
Section titled “What hits a quota”Only published records count. Drafts are excluded everywhere — quotas, dashboards, supplier scores, AI calls. See Drafts & autosave.
VAT and invoicing
Section titled “VAT and invoicing”- Prices are exclusive of UK VAT. VAT is added at Stripe Checkout based on your billing country and validated VAT number.
- Add your VAT number, billing email, and PO reference in the Stripe Customer Portal (button on
/settings/billing). - All invoices are issued by Zatto Software Ltd, GBP, payable on receipt by Stripe.
