Sign up & create your organization

Sertiq onboarding is deliberately short — there is no card required for the Free plan, and you become the admin of your first organisation automatically.

  1. Go to app.sertiq.app/register.

  2. Enter your work email and a password (minimum 10 characters; the form checks for length and one number). Solve the Turnstile captcha.

  3. Click Create account. Supabase Auth sends a verification email from no-reply@sertiq.app.

  4. Open the email and click Verify my email. The link is good for 24 hours.

  5. Back in Sertiq, you land on the Create organisation step. Fill in:

    • Organisation name — your company, the legal entity or trading name an auditor would expect to see on a report.
    • Industry (optional, used to pre-populate default issue types and supplier categories).
    • Country — sets currency display defaults; Sertiq is GBP-priced regardless.
  6. Click Create organisation. You’re now an admin in a fresh tenant on the Free plan with seeded ISO 9001 8.4 issue types.

  • 1 user (you)
  • 5 suppliers
  • 10 NCRs per month
  • 3 employees
  • Manual NCR / CAPA workflow
  • All ISO 9001 8.4 issue types pre-seeded

Free is intentionally enough to run a small supplier programme end-to-end so you can decide whether to commit. See Plans & pricing for the full matrix.

If you received a Sertiq invitation, do not sign up here. Use the link in the email instead — it pre-fills your email, lets you set a password, and drops you straight into the inviting organisation as the role they chose. See Invite teammates.

Verification email never arrived. Check spam. The sender is no-reply@sertiq.app. If it’s missing, click Resend verification email on the sign-in screen (the button only enables after you try to sign in unverified).

“Captcha failed”. Cloudflare Turnstile blocks anonymous proxies and very fresh fingerprints. Try a different browser, or wait a minute and retry.

“This email is already registered”. You already have an account. Use Sign in instead, or reset your password.
